SK Hynix has submitted its quarterly status disclosure as part of the SK Group’s regulatory requirements for large corporate groups. The filing details intra-group transactions and debt guarantees provided by the company to its affiliates as of the end of the previous quarter.
Regarding intra-group transactions, SK Hynix reported revenue of 24,492 million KRW (~$17.8M USD based on 1372 KRW/USD) from SK High Eng Co., Ltd. for the lease of industrial machinery and equipment. This transaction was conducted via a private contract with payment settled in cash.
The company also disclosed several debt guarantees. The most significant guarantee was provided to SK hynix Semiconductor West Lafayette LLC, with the U.S. Department of Commerce as the creditor, totaling 1,584,662 million KRW (~$1.15B USD based on 1372 KRW/USD) for the period ending December 31, 2045. Additional guarantees were provided to SK hynix NAND Product Solutions Corp. and SK Hynix memory solutions Poland Sp. Z o. o. for various lease-related obligations.
