Wonik IPS has submitted a quarterly status disclosure as a member of the Wonik business group, as required for large business groups. The filing, submitted on August 28, 2026, identifies Wonik Holdings as the representative company of the group and Lee Yong-han as the head of the business group.
According to the disclosure, there were no reported changes or existing statuses in the following categories for the current period:
- Circular shareholding among domestic affiliated companies
- Exercise of voting rights by financial or insurance affiliates regarding shares of domestic affiliated companies
- Major product or service transactions between listed companies and their affiliates
- Debt guarantees provided for domestic affiliated companies, including those restricted under the Fair Trade Act or performance/tax guarantees
