Techwing has officially disclosed the execution of a supply agreement for semiconductor inspection equipment with Micron Semiconductor Technology India Private Limited (SEZ Unit). The contract, signed on August 7, 2026, involves the supply of internally produced equipment to be delivered to India.
The total contract value is 9,184,948,800 KRW (~$6.5M USD based on the Hana Bank exchange rate of 1412.20 KRW/USD), which represents approximately 5.77% of the company’s most recent consolidated annual revenue of 159,128,398,402 KRW (~$112.7M USD based on 1412.20 KRW/USD). The payment terms are structured as 90% within 60 days after shipment and 10% within 60 days after approval.
The contract period runs from August 7, 2026, to July 16, 2027. Partial deliveries are scheduled to begin on October 16, 2026, with final delivery expected by May 16, 2027.
