The disclosure pertains to transactions conducted during the second quarter of 2026 (April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026).
The company reported a total purchase amount of 37,299 million KRW (~$26.3M USD based on 1417 KRW/USD) from Samoo Architects & Engineers. These transactions were exclusively for design services and were executed through private contracts (non-competitive bidding). The total transaction volume represents approximately 0.02% of the company’s previous fiscal year revenue, which stood at 238,043,009 million KRW (~$168.1B USD based on 1417 KRW/USD).
