Samsung Electronics has disclosed changes to its transactions of goods and services with Samsung C&T Corporation, an affiliated company within the Samsung Group, for the second quarter of 2026 (April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026). This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 26 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act.
During the specified period, the total transaction volume with Samsung C&T Corporation amounted to 1,613,166 million KRW (~$1.14 billion USD based on 1417 KRW/USD). This total consists of sales amounting to 634 million KRW (~$0.45 million USD) and purchases amounting to 1,612,532 million KRW (~$1.14 billion USD). The total transaction volume represents approximately 0.68% of the company’s revenue from the previous fiscal year, which was 238,043,009 million KRW (~$168.01 billion USD).
The primary nature of these transactions involves workplace construction projects, product procurement, and landscaping management. A significant portion of the construction-related purchases were executed via private contracts (์์๊ณ์ฝ), while various product and landscaping services were procured through competitive bidding.
