Samsung Electronics has officially disclosed its intention to pay the annual membership fee to the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI). This payment is being made in response to the official request for membership dues from the association.
The total payment amount is 1.99 billion KRW (~$1.39M USD based on 1430 KRW/USD), which is scheduled to be paid in August 2026. The decision was formally confirmed via a Board of Directors resolution on July 30, 2026.
