ISC has officially announced its decision to acquire additional equity in its affiliate, ISC VINA MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED, a Vietnam-based entity specializing in the production of semiconductor test sockets. The acquisition will be executed via a paid-in capital increase through cash payment, aimed at securing additional operational hubs and expanding infrastructure investment.
The total acquisition amount is USD 22,000,000, which converts to 29,744,000,000 KRW (~$22M USD based on the KEB Hana Bank exchange rate of 1,352.00 KRW/USD as of September 28, 2026). This investment represents approximately 5.54% of ISC’s equity capital as of the end of 2025. Following the transaction, ISC will maintain a 100% ownership stake in the subsidiary.
As of the 2025 fiscal year, ISC VINA reported total assets of 60,429 million KRW (~$44.7M USD based on 1,352 KRW/USD) and a net profit of 8,381 million KRW (~$6.2M USD based on 1,352 KRW/USD). The scheduled date for the remittance of the investment funds is October 7, 2026.
