Techwing has filed a correction to a previously disclosed single sales and supply contract dated April 14, 2026. The company has entered into a contract to supply semiconductor inspection equipment to Micron Memory Malaysia SDN. BHD., a memory semiconductor manufacturer based in Malaysia.
The total contract value is 22,863,276,800 KRW (~$15.39M USD based on the Hana Bank exchange rate of 1485.40 KRW/USD as of 2026.04.13). This amount represents approximately 14.37% of the company’s most recent consolidated annual revenue of 159,128,398,402 KRW (~$107.13M USD based on 1485.40 KRW/USD).
The primary purpose of this correction is to update the contract end date from October 2, 2026, to November 6, 2026. While all products were successfully delivered as of September 4, 2026, the final contract termination date has been extended due to a delay in the delivery schedule, which subsequently pushed back the payment receipt date.
