The revised transaction amount for the fourth quarter of 2026 (October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026) totals 30,420 million KRW (~$20.71M USD based on 1468 KRW/USD) in purchases. This represents approximately 0.04% of the company’s previous fiscal year revenue of 86,852,117 million KRW (~$59.16B USD based on 1468 KRW/USD).
- Boryeong LNG Terminal Fees: 8,680 million KRW (~$5.92M USD) for LNG fuel unloading, storage, and transmission services.

All aforementioned transactions were executed via private contracts (non-competitive bidding). This filing serves as a mandatory amendment as the actual transaction amount for Q4 2026 increased by more than 20% compared to the estimates previously disclosed on December 23, 2025.
